PPS: We finally got the very
last batch of Guild Factory 2nds. Near perfect guitars at up
to half off the list price. Just in: A Songbird, a sunburst F-212
jumbo 12-string, a green JF-65CE, a lefty D-25, an all-maple
jumbo JF-30, a red Starfire IV Bass, and four DV-4s (basically
a Satin Finish D-25). Quality all-American guitars, and the last
ones from the Rhode Island factory.

Thank you, thank you, thank you
for helping me get those cases out of the way last week!
I was finally able to get to
my desk and work on the taxes. I got the W2s and 1099s out to
the employees, I filed the W3 (summary of all of the W2s), the
1096 (summary of all of the 1099s), the PA-1667 (State summary
of all of the W2s, along with a summary of the quarterly PA-W3s,
which are summaries of the monthly PA-501s), the 940 (summary
of the quarterly FUTA, Federal Unemployment, and UC-2, State
Unemployment deposits), and the WTE-3 (City summary of W2s, and
summary of quarterly City WT-1 deposits). I was also able to
finish the usual forms for the last quarter of 2001, the 941
(summary of the monthly 8109 deposits), and the last quarter
FUTA, WT-1, PA-W3 (summary of monthly PA-501s) and UC-2 forms.
So now, I can start to work on
MY taxes! (All of that other stuff is related to having employees...)

So, it's Spring. At least officially,
anyway. Makes me wanna go camping. Well, not me, but it makes
